Equally impressive is the accompanying collection of archived Burchfield material, which is also the world's largest for this artist.

This massive facility showcases an impressive collection of contemporary art, with more than 3000 works on display. The emphasis is given to cultural and folk art, providing broad exposure to many otherwise unknown masterpieces. Numerous multimedia displays and activities for children are also available. The museum is the site of periodic special events as well.

Founded in 1892 by Elbert Hubbard, Roycroft quickly emerged as a thriving, influential arts and craft community. Hubbard enlisted the talents of authors such as Stephen Crane and entertained influential visitors like Edison, Rockefeller, and Ford. The community flourished in publishing and in the production of furniture, leather crafts, and copperware, much of which is on display at this fascinating museum.

An award winning renovated building, the UB Anderson Gallery is located in University Heights, less than one mile from UB's South Campus. Featuring a collection of modern and contemporary art, temporary exhibitions are presented year round in the spacious galleries and soaring glass sculpture atrium. Handicapped accessible.
